RAISE YOUR STANDARDS

Any time you sincerely want to make a change, the first thing you must do is raise your standards. What really changed my life is the change I demand of myself. I wrote down all the things I would no longer accept in my life, all the things I would no longer tolerate and all the things I aspired to becoming.
Raising your standard means that you may not stop in the place where you are right now. You must move forward to the next level. You most demand more and more from yourself.
But regarding raising the standard, how do you know that you have really raised your standard and not just staying in the same place? How do you know you have demanded enough from yourself? These two questions bother me and make me think. I really wanted to know the answer. After thinking about it, at last I get this conclusion: raising your standard means putting yourself in an inconvenient place. Your raise your standard if you demand yourself in such a way that you feel inconvenient. You raise your standard if you demand yourself for something outside of your comfort zone.

BE LIMITLESS

The biggest sport where you get knocked down, where you get told rejection and fear try to take over is called LIFE. In this sport you only have one option: to keep running, to keep chasing something greater than myself. Something that defined purpose. Something that was inmeasurable.
They say; "the two most important days of your life is the day you're born and the day you find out why limits are there for a reason: to be broken! They are imaginary, they create boundaries. But when you come from nothing, everything is limitless. You become fearless you measure success not by numbers but by courage. It's about going the distance....minus the setbacks. It's about enjoying the destination, but never getting to comfortable and just like gravity....your energy attracts everything and that's why I'm never gonna stop running because it's always just the begining and there's only one way to live it....BE LIMITELESS!!!!!

HABIT SEVEN-SHARPEN THE SAW

Suppose you come upon a man in the woods feverishly sawing down a tree. You look exhausted! you exclaim. How long have you been at it?..over 5 hours, he replies, a I am beat. This is hard.
Maybe you could take a break for a few minutes and sharpen that saw. Then the work would go faster.
"No time" the man says emphatically. I am too busy sawing.

Habit seven is taking time to sharpen the saw (you are the saw). It is the habit that makes all the others possible.

To sharpen the saw means renewing ourselves, in all four aspects of our nature:
-Physical: exercise, nutrition, stress management
-Mental: reading, visualizing, planning, writing
-Spiritual: spiritual reading, study

Habit 6th: Synergize

Habith 6th: Synergize

Through trustful communication, find ways to leverage individual differences to create a whole that is greater than sum of the parts. Through mutual trust and understanding, one often can solve conflicts and find a better solution than would have been obtained through either person's own solution.

5th Habit: Seek First to Understand, then to be understood

:) Fifth habit says that the most important factor in good communication is listening carefully what the other person is saying. If you want to become effective, you first need to listen and understand what the other person is saying.
A good doctor first undestands the problems of the patient, a good lawyer first gathers all the facts to understand the situation, a good sales person first understands the needs of others. :)

Habit four. SEEK TO UNDERSTAND, THEN BE UNDERSTOOD

¨LISTEN¨ , is the most importatnt word on this habit. Listen to your family, colleagues, friends, customers. Listen symply to understand, to see how the other party sees things, but not with intent to reply, to convice or manupulate.

3rd Habit "Put First things First¨

3rd habit Put First things First

It really puts the balance into your life. We all have different roles (e.g father, husband, employee, soccer player, personal development like escercise) and in order to be effective you may want to set goals in each of these areas in order to feel balanced. He suggests scheduling these goals for your roles in to your weekly calender so that other things don´t get in the way.
